Description

The building comprises of two and three storey areas constructed of load bearing masonry with precast concrete floors, a trussed rafter roof and traditional mass concrete strip and pad foundations. The construction also incorporated a steel transfer structure supporting two storey’s of accommodation located over the open plan ground floor communal facilities. The second floor construction was designed as a precast structural transfer deck to support the timber frame second floor accommodation.
