CWA have negotiated with Severn Trent to negate expensive and difficult to accommodate attenuation on a town centre site. Extensive use of Revit to coordinate Architecture and building structure during pre-tender design period, ensuring fully coordinated designs between all disciplines.

Carluccio’s is a £2m four storey mixed use office space over the ground floor restaurant using composite weston beams to create a column free space.

Poplar Mall extension is a two storey extension to an existing insitu core frame. A steel frame solution using PCU’s for the floor plate was used to reduce erection time and any potential disruptions to the working service yard.
