Description

The construction adopted was a two and three storey steel frame with exposed precast concrete floors and roof. The development boasts considerable sustainable credentials, utilising natural ventilations, exposed concrete soffits for thermal massing, high levels of natural lighting and an economic SUDS drainage solution which discharges directly into a fractured limestone aquifer running beneath the site.
