    The project was designed in a level II BIM Model involving the Architectural, Structural and M&E Disaplines. This allowed allowed the Design Team to identify and resolve all issues of co-ordination between trades prior to the construction phase.

Description

The three and four storey building is constructed of load bearing masonry with precast floors, a trussed rafter roof and traditional mass concrete strip and pad foundations. The construction incorporates a steel transfer structure, supporting two and three storeys of accomodation over.
